Manchester College Reconciliation Services (MCRS)MC2002/196

"MCRS is a program designed to help Manchester College students resolve conflicts.  With the help of a small, trained listening panel, composed of students and peers, you can settle a dispute.  The panel assists while you and the other party share all sides of the conflict and work together to create an acceptable resolution.  The resolution is not legally binding, and the entire process is free, voluntary, and confidential."  --from a brochure produced by MCRS .
